- How to respond when bullying is reported
- Ways to support target, bully, bystander
- Definition of Bullying and forms e.g. verbal etc.
- Difference between bullying and banter
- Responding at the time
- Resolving Conflicts
- Things to consider e.g. increased supervision, time out
- The perfect environment for bullying

ONLINE TRAINING FOR GENERAL AWARENESS - DOES NOT MEET CAPS REQUIREMENTS
This training is aimed at everyone who works with or has contact with children. It is an excellent starting point for people who may be considering a safeguarding role in their club, or for existing committee members such as the chair or secretary who may not necessarily come into regular or supervisory contact with their junior members.
On completion of the course, your details are sent to England Netball for our records, you will also be able to print off a certificate of confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE THIS TRAINING DOES NOT NEGATE THE NEED FOR WORKSHOP STYLE DELIVERED TRAINING - IT IS GENERAL AWARENESS / GOOD PRACTICE ONLY.
