Any formal resolutions/proposals for change to the Constitution must be proposed, seconded and submitted in writing on the attached form to the Regional Office by mid-day on Sunday 22nd May 2022. Acceptance will be by a majority vote.
Nominations for Elected Board Members may be made by any member entitled to vote at the AGM. Nominations must be proposed and seconded and submitted to the Regional Office by mid-day on Sunday 22nd May – Nominees must hold England Netball and East Midlands’ regional membership.
Elected Member positions are:
Each nomination should be made on the appropriate application form and appointment will be by a simple majority vote.
