East Midlands Netball is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and support the growth and development of netball in our region. We have one current volunteer role available, Assistant Competition Secretary. Assistant Competition Secretary

East Midlands Netball is looking for an organised and reliable Administration Assistant to liaise with and support the Regional League Secretary to oversee the smooth running of the East Midlands Regional League.


Key Responsibilities

✔️Work with the Regional League Secretary as part of the East Midlands Netball volunteer structure

✔️Deliver effective administration of the adult and mixed East Midlands Regional Leagues

✔️Share administrative requirements with team, player registrations, management of fixtures and recording of result in a timely fashion

✔️Able to manage tasks to meet deadlines

✔️Act as port of call for league queries


Skills & Experience 

✅ Member of England Netball

✅ Have knowledge or willing to acquire an understanding of the netball structure within the region and nationally

✅ Ability to communicate concisely and effectively

✅ Have an enthusiasm for women's sport


Time Commitment 

⏰ 20 hours pre-season and then 2 hours per fixture date + queries



NetballHer Champion

East Midlands Netball is looking for passionate, proactive advocates who are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive and empowering netball environment for women and girls, while inspiring others to embrace the values of NETBALLHer.


Key Responsibilites

✔️Act as an ambassador for the NETBALLHer movement within your club, county, league or organisation.

✔️Raise awareness of NETBALLHer by promoting campaigns, resources and key messages across social media and netball environments.

✔️Signpost players, coaches, officials, volunteers and members to NETBALLHer resources and learning opportunities.

✔️Collaborate with other NETBALLHer Champions to share ideas, experiences and best practice.

✔️Support local events and initiatives, ensuring they align with the aims and ethos of NETBALLHer.
