Regional Mixed League
Men’s & Mixed Netball has seen a fantastic period of growth in recent years. The England Men's and Mixed Netball Association (EMMNA), founded in 2019, operates in partnership with England Netball to deliver authorised netball activity; with a mission to develop, grow, and promote netball for all.
The East Midlands Regional Mixed League consists of eight teams, and runs from April to July and is a stand alone competition.

from the 1st September 2025 which sets out the EN Mixed netball rules participation and how you can get involved in playing or offering mixed netball as an England Netball member organisation.
