Contact Details:Work: 01509 226750 Mobile: 07525 702 639 The role of the Regional Excel Coach (REC) is to support these pathways by identifying, developing and mentoring the coaches that deliver the programmes and who are at the core of the development of the athletes. Alongside this, the REC’s remit is to identify and develop talented athletes. Rosie started her coaching career as Derbyshire County Coach and progressed to East Midlands Regional Coach. Throughout her career Rosie has led a series of England Netball Talent Camps and has gained international experience as Scotland U17 National Coach. More recently Rosie has been lead coach for Loughborough Lightning Superleague team. Rosie brings a wealth of experience to the role as Regional Excel Coach for the East Midlands and will have a great impact on assisting and supporting with putting systems in place for the development of talented players and coaches. Coach Sharing days are organised by Rosie and take place twice a year to give coaches and opportunity to learn new skills. The Sharing Days are open to any coaches within the Region and offer a chance for coaches to share ideas, observe sessions from guest coaches and gain support from the Regional Excel Coach and each other.
