Included in the schedule are two taking place in the East Midlands. For further information on dates, venues, and how to apply (for all coaching roles at all camps) see the England Netball recruitment page The University of Leicester Netball Club are looking for a Level 2 qualified netball coach for the 2014/2015 season. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in County or Regional coaching. Some fitness and/or strength and conditioning qualification would be beneficial. The club currently trains around 7-8 hours per week and you will be required at all sessions. The successful candidate will also be required to attend some home matches (these take place on Wednesday afternoons/evening); Pay level will be dependent on qualification and past experience. As the club's training runs in relation to the university term times, the coach will be required from September 2014 to May 2015, which we would be happy to look at extending into the following season. Coaches will be classified as Self Employed. Club Details- The club's 1st team are currently looking at a promotion where they will be moving into BUCS Division 2A/B. The 2nd team are currently in 2nd place in BUCs Division 5B; and the 3rd team are also looking at a promotion from BUCS Division 6B into BUCS Division 5A/B. There is also a Development squad which currently trains separately and is also involved with the university's intramural sessions. ScUK funding support for coaches continues via Twitter where the @scUKCoachFund account will provide up to the minute funding information for coaches. A qualified netball coach/umpire/teacher is required for sessions working with children of all abilities U10 - U13 on a Wednesday afternoon at Foremarke Hall Prep School. There may be some work on a Tuesday 11-1pm with girls 12/13 years old. Some umpiring of school matches/tournaments may be available on a Saturday afternoon. We would require start as soon as possible this term.
